    The lock is aluminum alloy materia, with TThotel bluetooth chip and ANSI mortise, widely used for hotel/ rental apartments/ nursing home/ office buidling etc. It is powered by 4pcs AA batteries, with low power consumption, if the lock connected to the gateway, the TThotel software will show the lock battery capacity at the real-time.

TThotel System Introduction: 

TTHotel is a online management system for hotel/apartment/school management. People use it to issue cards and ekeys.
TTHotel manages buildings, floors, rooms, guests and staff.
TTHotel manages various devices, such as smart lock, lift controller, card encode, gateway.
TTHotel system includes a Windows desktop software which is used to issue card, a hotel app which is used to manage devices, a guest app which is used to unlock with phone.
TTHotel System is an intelligent hotel management software which is suitable for centralized/ distributed hotels and apartments.

2 Ways to unlock

1, Send ekey, 
The guest need to download the app named "TThotel", then you can send ekey to their account. They can use their phone to unlock the door.

2, Issue card 
Issue the card at Reception computer, take it to unlock the door.
if you don't take the card encoder and cards, then this function doesn't support.
Introduction for devices of TThotel:

1, TThotel Bluetooth RFID card lock chip
1) The chip support Bluetooth 5.0 low power consumption.
2) It support send ekey to guest smart phone to unlock door on TThotel software. You can set the available time of ekey.
3) Issue the IC card to unlock door via card encoder and software, which is the traditional unlocking way, suitable for elders and kids.
4) Connected to gateway, the lock chip will upload the unlock records at real-time.
5) Connected to gateway, the TThotel lock chip will show the lock battery capacity at real-time.

2, Card encoder
The card encoder is used to issue cards with software. 
There are many card encoder on the market. They are with the same function. You can buy from us or from others.

If you don't want to use the cards, then no need to other

 

3, TThotel Energy saving switch (optional)
This energy saving switch works with the TThotel software, with time limited function. It needs to set at TThotel admin app.
It can be actived by room card and ekey. 

If you don't want to use the card, use ekey to active it on smart phone is also no problem. 

4, Gateway
The gateway is necessary in the TThotel system.

1) When the lock connected to gateway,
the Reception can remotely unlock the door on computer,
and the TThotel software will show the unlock logs and battery capacity at real-time.

2) When the energy saver connected to the gateway,
the Reception can remotely power it off. 

The distance between the lock and gateway is within 10m. 
normally 1 floor needs 1 gateway. 
If the distance is over 10m, then please consider more encoders at one floor.

Now there are G2, G3, G3P and G4 gateways on the market, you can choose the right one according to your needs.
